St. Mary's Sponsors

Option 2: Provides for the child after he leaves Primary School and wishes to continue in Secondary (There is no free secondary school education in Kenya). Public schools exist but they are only partially subsidized and usually charge a $400+ fee per year.

Sponsorship Pledge: I will Sponsor a poor child enabling him to continue his education in Secondary School at $300 per year to cover mininum cost (remainder covered by St. Mary's Work-Study Program). I pledge this amount for one year and I am open to being contacted yearly for renewal.

Sponsors - Life with a Future

Option 1: Assists a child while he is in Primary School to insure he has a proper home, supportive environment and caring people to guide him through this difficult transition from the streets to a life with a future. Sponsorship Pledge: I will Sponsor a poor child enabling him to complete his Primary School education at $100 per year . I can pledge the above amount for one year and I am open to being contacted yearly for renewal.

The Work-Study Program at St. Mary's Secondary School enables students to work during the Term Holidays on the School Farm. This work significantly reduces the day to day operational costs, lowering the amount needed to sponsor a child.
